Villa Mimosa provides accommodation and catering service.

3- Limitation of Liability

The Owner will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damage arising from or in connection with the use of the services or the content of the website.

4- User accounts and content restrictions

Users are prohibited from posting or transmitting through the site or service any illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, would give rise to civil liability or violate any local, state, national or international law.

5 – Ordine, prezzi, metodi di pagamento e cancellazione

Buyers must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and at any time. Our services are not available in jurisdictions where they are forbidden by law.

After making a reservation, customers will receive a confirmation email with the details of the reservation and the total cost. Villa Mimosa reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time, in case of unforeseen circumstances.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal.

All prices are subject to modification without notice.

Customers can cancel the reservation under the following conditions: within 7 days of booking you get a full refund; within 3 days of booking a partial refund of 50%; beyond is not issued refund on the reservation. To cancel a booking, the customer must use the appropriate link contained in the first email confirmation of the booking received or contact us directly at the following email: villamimosacapri@gmail.com

By using the Villa Mimosa Capri website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The continued use of the website/application after the publication of the changes, implies your acceptance of being legally bound by these updated and/or modified terms.
